Returns Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds If your item qualifies, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. We may request photos of the item to process your claim.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with our supplier.
